Kathleen Hackett, of counsel

Kathleen has years of experience litigating civil cases in a wide variety of practice areas, including complex litigation, in both State and Federal courts.  Currently, her legal practice is devoted to helping people who have been physically injured or financially wronged by the actions of others.  She proudly represents individuals who have been harmed and need help.


Kathleen graduated from UC Santa Barbara with High Honors and a Distinction in the major of Communication. She then attended University of San Francisco School of Law where she was awarded the Florence McAuliffe Scholarship for Academic Excellence, served as a Moot Court Case Counsel and was a member of the USF Law Review.  

Kathleen was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2003. She is also admitted to practice in the Northern and Eastern District Courts of California. 

She has lived in the Bay Area for over 20 years, currently residing in Alameda with her husband and two children.
